Return Period:
Customers may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the conditions outlined in this policy are met.
Condition of Items:
If the item is not defective and you would like it to be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to health and safety reasons, unless the item is defective.
Process for Returns:
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team using the form below. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), a shipping label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Prepare Your Package: Include your original receipt and write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your return package.
Ship Your Return: Send your package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return condition requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@moonageteacompany.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned and replaced at no additional cost to you.
